Every production and processing phase is duly specified in our total quality program, controlled by the HACCP program implemented in the units of extraction and processing plant.
Strict application of GMP ( Good Manufacturing Practices ) and SSOP (Standard Sanitizing Operating Procedures) – for the production of foods monitored by the Federal Inspection Service of Brazil’s Ministry of Agriculture, which includes the weekly collection in our facility to future analysis in accordance with the PNCR which is the national program for residues control.
In order to assure the quality of the product until the loading, Cearapi has built a structure for storage that has a
cooling system, with capacity for 2.100 tons, formed by cold chambers spread by its units of extraction andprocessing.
Cearapi receives periodic visits from local and foreign visitors from the apiculture production and commercialsegments that come to visit our region, apiaries, our know-how and honey extraction and processing facilities. This frequent exchange with clients, collaborators, researchers, technicians and entrepreneurs of this segment enables a constant technological updating of Cearapi’s apicultural practices, providing improvements in processes ranging from beehive production all the way to the time of shipping the honey to its clients.
